Restricted Jurisdictions Policy
1. Purpose and scope
OUTCORA is an independent, analysis-only service. It does not operate, control, sponsor, endorse, or provide access to third-party prediction-market services. OUTCORA does not accept customer funds, place trades, or provide investment or gambling advice.
This policy governs availability of OUTCORA itself. It does not determine, represent, or guarantee whether any third-party prediction-market service is available, lawful, permitted, or suitable for a user.
2. Current country-level restriction
OUTCORA does not currently permit registration by persons located in or ordinarily resident in Cuba, Iran, or North Korea. This is a country-level access control and not a representation that those are the only jurisdictions, persons, entities, regions, laws, sanctions, embargoes, export controls, or restrictions relevant to any user or any third-party service.
3. User responsibility
Each user is solely responsible for determining and complying with laws, regulations, tax obligations, platform terms, eligibility conditions, and other requirements applicable to that user. Access to OUTCORA research does not mean that a user may lawfully access or use any third-party prediction-market service.
4. Accuracy and no circumvention
You must provide accurate residence information. You must not use a VPN, proxy, inaccurate location information, or any other method to bypass an OUTCORA restriction or to conceal your location or identity from a third-party service.
5. Updates and enforcement
We may update this policy or restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required by applicable law, sanctions, embargo, export-control, security, or regulatory-risk considerations. The Terms of Use govern where this policy and the Terms overlap.
