1. Service provider
The OUTCORA service is operated by ZERO ONE CONCEPT KFT.. Before production launch, the following statutory company details must be completed: registered office [TO BE COMPLETED], company registration number [TO BE COMPLETED], tax/VAT number [TO BE COMPLETED], contact email [TO BE COMPLETED].
2. Nature of the service
OUTCORA is an independent analytical information service. It provides general statistical, probability and market-structure research. It does not provide individualized investment advice, gambling advice, transaction instructions or guaranteed outcomes.
OUTCORA does not accept, hold, transfer or custody user funds; does not place trades, bets, orders or other transactions; and does not broker or route users to gambling organizers, investment firms or transaction venues.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information and protecting their access credentials. Automated, abusive or security-compromising use may be restricted.
4. Paid access and billing
Subscription plans, prices, taxes, billing cycle, payment processor and invoicing arrangements will be shown before any paid contract is concluded. Production values are currently [TO BE COMPLETED]. OUTCORA must not store full payment-card credentials unless explicitly designed and lawfully certified to do so.
5. Research content and delayed data
Market-reference information may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Timestamps and data-status labels form part of the research context. No published probability, comparison, chart or research note represents certainty or a recommendation to act.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the OUTCORA brand, interface, original research format and original written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Users may not systematically copy, scrape, republish or commercially redistribute protected content without authorization.
7. Availability and changes
The service may be changed, maintained, suspended or discontinued where reasonably necessary for security, technical, legal or operational reasons. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, users remain responsible for their own decisions and for verifying information relevant to those decisions.
9. Governing law and consumer rights
The governing-law and dispute-resolution clause must be finalized with the provider's registered-office details and target-market assessment. For consumers, mandatory rights under applicable EU and national law remain unaffected.
